Cabbage Soup by Sarea Clark

Ingredients

3 C. Chicken Broth 2 Garlic Cloves 1 TBS Tomato Paste 2 C. Cabbage, chopped 1/2 Onion, chopped 1/2 C. Carrots, chopped 1/2 C. Green Beans 1/2 C. Zucchini, chopped 1/2 tsp. Basil 1/2 tsp. Oregano Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

Saute onions, carrots and garlic for 5 minutes. Add broth, paste, cabbage, green beans, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Simmer 5-10 minutes, add zucchini and simmer 5 more minutes.

Serve.

Freezes VERY well.
