Dads Pie Crust by Nette

For 9 inch pie

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 cup Oil 1 teaspoons Salt 3 to 4 Tablespoons cold water

Instructions

Mix flour, oil and salt until particles are the size of peas. Sprinkle in water a tablespoon at a time until all flour is moistened and pastry almost clings to side of bowl.
If too dry 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil can be added.DO NOT ADD WATER!
Wipe table with a damp cloth to prevent paper from slipping around.Place pastry between two sheets of 15 inch waxed paper.
Roll out very thin . Peel back one sheet and carefully turn over into pie pan. Do the same for top crust.
