Ingredients

1/2 cup Crisco vegetable shortening 1 stick softened unsalted butter 3/4 cup cocoa powder nestle brand 4 cups sifted powdered sugar 3-4 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract measuring cups and spoons stand mixer with paddle attachment container with lid to store frosting if not using right away

Instructions

Place your one stick of butter on the counter for 45 minutes to get soft, once it has become soft cream shortening and butter,
Add cocoa and vanilla, mix well. Add powdered sugar a little at a time. Mix well, scrape the bowl often. Add milk beat until fluffy.
Store in airtight container for two weeks in the fridge.
