Seafood Dip by Lori Bogan-Potts

Ingredients

1/2 stick of butter 1 large diced white onion 1 cup sliced green onions 1 (12 ounce package) cream cheese 1 pound seafood peeled shrimp 1/2 teaspoon crab boil 1/2 cup crab meat (optional)

Instructions

Sauté butter and white onions until onions are wilted.

Add shrimp and liquid crab boil and cook until shrimp are cooked.

Stir in cream cheese and melt down. Once cheese is melted, stir in green onions.

(If using crab meat, add the crab after the cream cheese has melted while adding the green onions.)
