Ingredients

1 cup of sifted powdered sugar 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick of unsalted butter 2 tbsp of nestle cocoa powder 1-3 tsp of heavy cream mixing bowl with paddle attachment measuring spoons and cups container to store the icing

Instructions

Set butter out for 45 minutes.
once the butter is soft, sift powdered sugar and then mix all ingredients together. Store for one week in airtight container.
