Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
3 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
16 thin mint cookies, crushed
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. powder sugar
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
4 thin mint cookies, crushed
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt and cookies together.
Pour into an 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Add chocolate chips and mix well.
Spread over the crust.
Topping: Beat cool chip and cookies together.
Spread over the filling layer.
Decorate.
