Garlic Red Wine Butter Sauce by

Ingredients
1 stick chilled butter cut into 8 tablespoons
1/4 cup red wine your choice
1 tablespoon garlic minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
Instructions
Add two tablespoons of butter to pan. Cook on medium low. Once melted add onion and garlic, sweat about 1 minute. Add wine and reduce approx 5 minutes until wine is reduced approx to a tablespoon or a little more. Reduce heat to low and add remaining butter one at a time whisking until melted. Cook on low approx 3 minutes until thickens up. If not reduced properly, take 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water, mix well and add slowly while whiskung to pan. Remove from heat and serve over veggies or chicken/fish.
