Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup graham crackers, ground
Filling:
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1 cup mini marshmallows
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/4 tsp. ginger
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt and graham crackers together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Mix cherry pie filling, almond extract and marshmallows.
Spread over crust.
Topping: Spread cool whip over filling layer. Sprinkle ginger spice over the cool whip.
Decorate.
