Chocolate glazed donuts by
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
6 tbsp milk
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
non stick baking spray
2 donut pans
large mixing bowl and whisk
small bowl and whisk
measuring cups and spoons
glaze
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
4 tbsp nestle cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 tbsp milk
rainbow sprinkles
cooling rack with wax paper underneath
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 f, and spray pans with non stick spray set aside.
In a bowl add all dry ingredients , whisk to combine.
Add wet ingredients, whisk to combine, do not over mix.
Fill donut pans 3/4 full.
Bake 10 minutes.
Place on wire rack to cool.
In another bowl make the glaze, dip donuts into glaze , place on cooling rack to set. Add sprinkles if desired.
