Steak and Chimichurri (O2) by cpeirson

Ingredients

4 oz flank steak 1/8 t ancho chili powder 1/8 t sea salt 1/4 t fresh ground black pepper, divided 1 t minced garlic 1 t fresh squeezed lemon juice 1 t red wine vinegar 2 t EVOO 1/8 t ground cumin 2 t finely chopped mint (optional) 2 t finely chopped cilantro 2 t finely chopped parsley

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and marinate steak for several hours before grilling.

Note:I've increase ingredients and marinated a pork roast - delicious!
