Mint Chip Delight by viper

Ingredients

Crust: 2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 3 Tbsp. milk 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 cup mint patties, quartered Filling: 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 cup powder sugar 1 tsp mint extract 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 (7.5 oz.) marshmallow fluff 2 drops green food coloring 1/4 cup Andes mint chips 1/4 cup white chocolate chips Topping: 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 tsp mint extract 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Crust: Beat all ingredients together and mix well.

Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place mint patties on the batter. Bake ate 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, extracts and marshmallow fluff and green food coloring.

Fold in mint and white chips with filling, mix well.

Spread over the crust.

Topping: Beat cool whip, mint extract and chocolate chips.

Spread over filling layer.

Decorate.
