Cheddar Corn Frittters by Ed

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of flour 15 oz can of corn or 2 cups of frozen corn 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 fresh chives chopped 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tps salt 1 Tbsp chili powder 1/2 cup oil for frying

Instructions

in a large bowl add the ingredients
Mix well
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat
Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture to form each fritter
Flip after about 1 1/2 minutes or when you see the edges brown. Repeat for the other side
