Smoked Paprika Spread by Sherri

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese 1/2 cup (1 stick)Challenge Unsalted Butter 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. pressed or firmly minced garlic (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder) 1 tsp. onion powder 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomato (not packed in oil)

Instructions

Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Cream together. Blend in salt, paprika, garlic and onion. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Spread on crackers, bagels or bread.

Yield: 1 3/4 cup
