15-Minute Pizza by
Conversion:
Flour:2.5C->1.25->5/8
Baking Powder:3t->1.5->0.75
Salt:1t->0.5->0.25
Water:14T->7->3.5
Olive Oil:1T->0.5->0.25
Ingredients
Crust:
2 1/2 C Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
3/4 C + 2 Tbsp water, roughly
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Other:
Tomato Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Toppings

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400*.
2. Mix the dry crust ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Combine water and oil in a separate container.
4. Slowly add the water-oil mixture to the dry ingredients. Do not use all of it, unless needed. Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix the dough until soft, not sticky.
5. Lightly flour your area in order to roll out the dough into a 12-inch pizza or into 2 8 inch pizzas.
6. Put pizza on a nonstick pizza base or large baking tray. Add Tomato sauce and sprinkle on garlic salt. Cover in cheese and toppings.
7. Bake the pizza for 15-17 minutes, less if the pizza is smaller, or until golden brown.
