Spinach Balls by Jeanne

Ingredients

2 10 oz packages of frozen spinach( defrosted and patted dry) 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herbed classic stuffing 1 onion diced 4 eggs( beaten) 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 3/4 cup butter(melted) 1 tsp fresh thyme(chopped finely) 1 clove garlic diced

Instructions

Mix all ingredients, chill for 30 min and then mold into small balls.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
