Chicken: Pasta with chicken and broccoli in broccoli sauce by
Ingredients
- chicken breast: 1 big (400 g)
- broccoli: 1 (+ 1 for the broccoli cream)
- pasta: 200-250 g
- salt, white pepper, spices for vegetables
- broccoli cream (from another recipe)
Instructions
1. Chop broccoli into small chunks. Boil it in salted water for 7 minutes.
2. Drain it and rinse in cold water, so it stays crunchy.
3. Prepare the broccoli cream (from another recipe).
4. Cut the chicken breast in half if it's too thick and spice it, then grill it.
5. Cut the grilled chicken into stripes (more or less the size of the pasta)
6. Boil pasta al dente.
Put pasta, broccoli and chicken on plates and pour the broccoli cream.
