Chocolate chip M&M cookies by
Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs room temperature
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of M&Ms
Stand mixer with paddle attachment
Measuring cups and and spoons
cookie sheets and scoop
cooling racks
Instructions
Set out your two sticks of butter to get soft for 45 minutes, once softened heat the oven to 350 f.
In your stand mixer, cream together butter and sugars on medium speed for 2 minutes until light and fluffy.
add eggs and vanilla and beat for two minutes until fluffy.
add in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined scraping the bowl as you go along.
Add in the chocolate chips, and M&M's by hand.
Scoop out the dough and place 3" apart, bake for 8 minutes at 350f.
Cool on cookie rack for 5 minutes then cool fully on cooling rack and store in airtiight container for 2 weeks.
