G-Ma Scoba made Corn Spoon Bread every Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember. I look forward to annual phone calls for this recipe. XOXO

Ingredients

1 can cream style corn 1 stick butter 1 cup sour cream 1 small box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix 2 eggs, lightly beater

Instructions

Mix (do not beat) all ingredients in large bowl. Pout into 11/2 quart casserole (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Serves 6
