Nanette's Salsa by Jeanne

Ingredients

1 can black beans, rinsed 1 can shoepeg corn, drained 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped 2 cloves minced garlic 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. chili powder ½ cup Ken’s Italian dressing 2 medium tomatoes ½ red onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped

Instructions

Mix first seven ingredients together and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight (better). Add the last three just before serving. Serve with multigrain Tostitos or homemade pita chips.
