Sesame Noodles by Jeanne

Ingredients

2 lbs. linguini cooked according to package directions Al dente is best. 2 bunches scallions, chopped 3 oz sesame seeds toasted Dressing 1/4 cup sesame oil 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 TBSP sugar 6 TBSP rice vinegar 1/4 tsp hot oil 1 TSP grated ginger

Instructions

Prepare pasta and toss with dressing while the pasta is still warm.
Add scallions and sesame seeds and toss again.
Serve cold.
