Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup powder sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup Oreo cookies, ground
Filling:
1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, vanilla
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) cool whip
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Decorate:
1/4 Oreo cookies, ground
1/4 cup dark chocolate bar, grated
Instructions
Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt and cookies together.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, honey, salt, milk, chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
Spread over crust.
Topping: Beat cool whip, margarine, salt, vanilla extract and cocoa, mix well.
Spread over filling.
Decorate: Oreo cookies and dark chocolate bar.
Sprinkle for the topping.
