Pecan Bread Pudding by

Ingredients
Pudding:
3 cups cubed french bread
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 stick of butter (4 tablespoons)
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup raisins optional
Sauce:
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 cup brandy optional
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat 350
Whisk eggs, add 1 cup sugar, cup of milk and vanilla and whisk together.
Cube 3 cups bread and place in a greased pie dish. Add liquid mixture.
Take the cup of brown sugar and add 4 tablespooons butter and mix with a fork. Add nuts and raisins if you like, mix well. Sprinkle on top of bread.
Bake 30-45 minutes until golden brown and baked through.
Sauce:
On the stove top add 1 cup brown sugar and stick of butter to a small pan and melt on medium low heat until sugar is melted and mixture is creamed together. Sprinkle with cinnamon and add brandy if you want. Keep on low heat about 5 minutes.
Add to pudding if you like when ready to eat.
