Fish: Grilled cod by
Ingredients
- cod loin: 600 g
- spice mix for poultry (fenugreek, coliander, red pepper, savory, black pepper, basil)
- salt
- red pepper
- chilli mix
- black pepper
- lime juice
- turmeric mix (turmeric with additional herbs: chilli, coliander, cardamom, ginger)
- olive oil
Instructions
1. Clean and dry the fish.
2. Cover the fish with all the dry spices, then sprinkle it with lime juice.
3. Keep it in a cool place for 24 hours.
4. Take out the fish from the fridge and let it warm up to the room temperature (about 1 hour).
5. Cover the fish with the spice mix for poultry again (or your favourite herbs).
6. Cover with the turmeric mix and brush with the olive oil. Turn the fish around and repeat. Wait about 15 minutes.
7. Grill the fish.
Serve with potatoes or fries.
