Ingredients

Crust: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup margarine, melted 3 Tbsp. milk 1/3 cup powder sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 cup hershey's powder mix 1 cup York mint patties, sliced Filling: 1 (6 oz.) Greek yogurt, vanilla 2 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 Tbsp. peppermint Schnapps 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1 cup mini marshmallows Topping: (Peppermint Cream Frosting) 1 (8 oz.) cool whip 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 1/2 cups powder sugar 1/2 tsp peppermint extract 3 Tbsp milk 3 drops of green or red food coloring

Instructions

Crust: Beat flour, margarine, milk, sugar, salt and chocolate powder together.

Pour batter into a 13 x 9 2 inch baking pan. Place pieces of mints over the batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool completely.

Filling: Beat Greek yogurt, vanilla, peppermint schnapps, milk, mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.

Spread over the Crust.

Topping: Beat cool whip and butter until combined. Add sugar, peppermint extract and milk, until creamy.

Spread over the Filling layer.

Decorate.
