Ingredients

1 tablespoon 100% pomegranate juice 4 teaspoon grapeseed oil 4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint 8 cups baby spinach 4 ripe medium plum, cut into 1" pieces 8 tablespoons (1 ounce) reduced-fat feta cheese 8 tablespoons chopped pecans 4 tablespoon raisins 4 tablespoon finely chopped red onion

Instructions

1.Combine the pomegranate juice, oil, vinegar, and mint in a small bowl. Set aside.
2.Place the spinach, plum, cheese, pecans, raisins, and onion in a medium bowl; toss with the reserved dressing
