Salad Seeds by
Ingredients
1 tsp Olive oil
2 tbsp Coconut Amnios
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
Sesame Seeds
Chopped Cashews
Instructions
Mix the olive oil and coconut amnios in a bowl.
Add the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and chopped cashews.
Mix it all together so nuts and seeds get coated. If you don't feel like the seeds are covered enough add more oil and amnios.
Spread out onto a roasting tray lined with baking paper
Leave for 5 mins or so
Bake for 4 minutes at 220.
