Sweet Crust Quiche Supreme by

Ingredients
For Crust:
1&3/4 cups Fiber One Bran Cereal (original)
1/4 cup Light Whipped Butter
4 packet Splenda
1 tsp Cinnamon
For Pie:
4 Slices of Extra-Lean Turkey Bacon
1&1/2 cups Fat-Free Liquid Egg Substitute
1/2 cup chopped Mushrooms
1/4 cup Shreded Fat-Free Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Fat-Free Half & Half
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a blend grind cereal to a breadcrumb consistency.
Melt butter and mix with 2 tablespoons water. Ina meduim mixing bowl, combine btter mixture and crumbs with remaining ingredients for crust. Stil until mixed well.
Spray an 9" pie dish lightly with nonstick spray. Even distribute crumb mixture in the dish, firmly press and form crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool.
Over medium heat, cook bacon until both sides are crispy. Once cool cut into bit sizes pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine bacon with all the filling ingredients and stir well.
Pour filling mixture into crust. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes, until center is set. Let cool before cutting.
