== Crust == 2 oz Cheddar Cheese 2 oz Cream Cheese 1 1/2 oz Liquid Egg Whites 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 tsp Oregano 1/8 tsp Crushed Red Peppers 1/4 tsp Salt == Topping == 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese 4 oz Pizza Sauce - Keto

Instructions

You will want a small baking tin. At a grocery store you can usually by a 5 pack of mini baking tins. The smaller the better as it makes the dish deeper. Or you can make more than one serving if using larger tins.

1. Make the crust: in a large bowl, mix: Cheddar Cheese Cream Cheese Liquid Egg Whites, Garlic, Oregano, Crushed Red Pepper, Salt

2. Add a non-stick spray coating to your tin and spoon in the crust

3. Bake at 350 for 20 mins

4. add your sauce, then mozzarella cheese,

5. Add any additional toppings you would like. Pepperoni, Bacon, Vegetables, etc.

6. finish cooking at 350 for 15 minutes
