Ingredients

1 aubergine breadcrumbs stuff to go in it

Instructions

Carve out aubergine
Drizzle shells with olive oil, season, and cover with tin foil
Bake at 180 C for 15/20mins

Chop aubergine and cook with other ingredients

Fill shells, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, grated parmezan, seasoning, and olive oil

Bake for 15/20mins
