Hash Brown Potato Casserole by Whodatmama

Ingredients

(1) 2 lb pkg shredded hash browns (thawed) 1/2 cup melted oleo 1 can Cream of Chicken soup (mushroom soup also works) 1 cup sour cream 2 cups shredded cheese (American or mild cheddar) 2 TBSP minced onion 1 tsp salt and pepper to taste 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes

Instructions

Mix all together EXCEPT for crushed corn flakes. Place in greased 9 x 13 pans. Bake for approximately one hour. Add crushed corn flakes for last 10 minutes or so.
