Worcestershire Sauce by
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 clove fresh garlic - chopped or minced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tablespoons Fish Sauce (any sauce made from anchovies)
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Molasses
1 tablespoon Tamarind Paste (Subst: 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice)
1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Clove
Instructions
Fry chopped onion and garlic in oil on low heat until clear and fragrant.
Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil and simmer 15 minutes. Cool, bottle and store in the fridge.
