Ingredients

For pad thai sauce: 2 tablespoons Tiparos fish sauce 3 tablespoons tamarind paste 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon Chili garlic 3 tablespoons sugar Garnish: Bean sprouts Peanuts Fried shallots Limes

Instructions

Soak the noodles in warm water, and cover for 1 hour.

Oil. sauté chicken. Remove, sauté garlic, veggies

Add eggs

Add noodles

Add sauce and paprika

Fold inn green onions, bean sprouts.

Add peanuts.
