Fettuccini Alfredo by

Ingredients
4~5 Cremini or white mushrooms
4 stems of parsley
170 grams of fettuccini noodle
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 cloves of garlic (diced)
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
Some salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Slice mushrooms and dice parsley
2. Melt butter under medium heat
3. Sautee garlic and mushrooms about 3 minutes
4. Add cream and milk
5. Once boiled, reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes until thickened
6. At the same time, cook noodles for 9 minutes
7. Add in the cheese and some salt and pepper to sauce
8. Stir until melted
9. Then add in parsley
10. Add in noodles and mix
11. But don't mix for too long or else it'll become lumpy
