Ingredients
2 cans Mexicorn
1 can Rotel
2 cups shredded cheddar
8 green onions (sliced)
1 cup each mayo
8oz sour cream
1 bunch of cilantro
Instructions
Mix all ingredients
Refrigerate 1 hour
Serve with corn or tortilla chips
