meatloaf with corn bread stuffing by
Ingredients
2 pounds of ground beef

1 box of cornbread stuffing mix
•
2 large eggs but one more if needed
•
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
•
1/4 cup of milk
•
1 teaspoon of onion powder
•
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
•
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
•
1 teaspoon of meat tenderizer

One large mixing bowl
•
One large loaf pan lined with tin foil to catch the grease
•
Measuring cups
•
Measuring spoons
Instructions heat oven to 375 f or 190 c
•
In a large bowl add the ground beef, box of stuffing mix uncooked and un mixed, seasonings , bread crumbs, egg and milk and mix until well combined.
•
Add mixture to loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
•
Bake at 375 f or 190 c for 55 to 60 minutes or until fully cooked.
•
Rest the loaf for 5 minutes before slicing
•
