Greek Yogurt Breaded Chicken by AVB2020

Ingredients

Marinade 1 container plain greek yogurt 1tsp paprika 1tsp oregano 1tsp tumeric 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp salt 1 egg Juice of 1 lime 2lbs boneless skinless chicken, diced Breading 2cups flour 1tsp paprika 1tsp oregano 1tsp Turmeric 1tsp Black pepper 1tsp Salt

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a gallon baggy and combine well. Place chicken in
marinade, coat evenly and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a casserole dish, combine
breading ingredients. Remove chicken from fridge, coat each piece of chicken in
breading mixture. In a deep pan place about 1-inch-deep oil. Cook chicken 2-3
pieces (depending on size) at a time for about 3mins, flip chicken, cook other side
about 2-3 more minutes until internal temp of 160
