Crab and Pea Salad by

This makes a nice salad served with lettuce on a plate or on crusty bread as a sandwich.
Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
½ cup frozen green peas, thawed
8 oz imitation crab meat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp red onion, minced
dash onion salt
Instructions
Flake crab meat into a medium bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Season to taste.
Cover and refrigerate before serving.
