Pork / Chinese cuisine: Fried pork tenderloin with vegetables, potato flour and soya sauce by
A good idea to serve it with Fried rice with a bit of frozen vegs.
Ingredients
- pork tenderloin: 375 g
- mix of vegetables (fresh cucumber, zucchini, leek, napa or young cabbage): 150 g
- dark soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- oil (rapeseed): 1 tbsp
- potato flour: 2 tbsp
- ginger: 1 tsp
Instructions
1. Cut meat into stripes.
2. Cut vegetables into slices or stripes.
3. Fry the meat on oil. Add part of soy sauce.
4. Add vegetables and fry some more.
5. Add rest of soy sauce and fry some more.
6. Add potato flour and ginger and fry until flour absorbs oil & soy sauce.
Serve it with rice.
