Crawfish Casserole (Tammy's) by

Ingredients
1 cup dice celery
1/2 cup green onion tops
3 slices bread mosten
3 small cloves garlic
1/2 or 1 stick margarine
sprigs parsley chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups of chopped onions
1 10 1/2 oz golden mshroom soup
1 cup water
1/3 cup chopped green peppers
2 cups lbs crafish tails
Instructions
Saute celery, garlic onions, & belle peppers in margarine until tender
Add green onion tops, soup, parsley & crawfish tails
Heat slowly until hot, add bread, rice & water and cook 15 minutes longer
season to taste
Turn into a 2 qt. casserole dish.
Dot with butter & sprinkle with bread crumbs & paprika
Bake in 375 overn for 30 mintues in covered casserole dish
Serves 8
