Bakery style boxed cupcakes by
Ingredients
1 15 oz box of confetti cake mix
•
4 eggs
•
1 cup of milk
•
2/3 cup of melted butter or 11 tablespoons of butter unsalted

cupcake pan
•
cupcake liners
•
Butter
•
Milk
•
Eggs
Cooling rack
•
Icing of your choice
Instructions
•
Preheat oven to 350 f or 176 c
•
Line your pan with liners
•
Melt your butter
•
Put cake mix into the bowl
•
Add eggs, butter and milk and mix until incorporated
•
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full
•
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry
•
Put on cooling rack to cool and bake remaining cupcakes repeat until all of the cupcakes are baked and cooled
•
Once cool frost and store in airtight container
•
This can be done with other boxed cake mixes and it can also be done to make cake instead of cupcakes.
