Crescent Roll Cinnamon Buns by
Ingredients
Rolls:
- 2 cans (8 oz.) crescent rolls or crescent dough sheet
Filling:
- 2/3 C finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 C packed brown sugar
- 1/3 C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 C butter, melted
Glaze:
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2-3 Tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Mix together all filling ingredients.
2. Unroll 1 can of dough into the pan in a rectangle, sealing seams if present. Spread filling across entirety of rectangle, including edges. Unroll 2nd can on top, again sealing any seams. Press into the filling.
3. Cut into 8 (13 inch) strips. Twist and coil into a spiral. Set in pan.
4. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Mix together glaze.
5. Immediately remove from pan and place on cooling rack. Coat buns in glaze. Serve warm.
