Bacon Wrapped Scallops by BB

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil 1 lemon- juiced’ Fresh ground pepper ( optional) 12 large sea scallops 6 slices Nuesche’s cherrywood bacon cut in 1/2 “ pieces Long toothpicks or skewers

Instructions

Mix olive oil and lemon juice ( & pepper ) in a small bowl. Pour over scallops and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Wrap each scallop with 1/2 slice of bacon. Secure bacon with a toothpick or put 3 on a skewer.

Place on broiler pan and broil until golden brown. Broil for about 15 minutes . Serve hot.
