Chicken: Chicken fillet with butter sauce by

Ingredients
- chicken fillet: 2 single
- olive oil: 2 tbsp
- pepper, spices for chicken (Ziarenka Smaku drobiowe)
for butter sauce:
- butter: 75g
- yolk: 1-2
- mustard: 0.25 tsp
- lemon juice: 0.5 tsp
- pepper, spices for chicken
Instructions
1. Spice the fillets with pepper and spices mix. Sprinkle with olive oil. Put to the fridge for 2 hours.
2. Fry them for 7 minutes on each side.
3. Cut into diagonal stripes.
4. Beat yolk with mustard and lemon juice to form a froth.
5. Melt the butter and gently add it to the froth. Add pepper and spices mix.
6. Serve with noodles (laid dumplings), poured with butter sauce.
