Chicken: Pasta with chicken and broccoli in cream sauce by varchar

Ingredients

- chicken breast: 1 small (150 - 200 g) - onion: 1 medium - broccoli: 1 - pasta: 150 - 200 g - sweet cream 30%: 150 ml - water: 100 ml - olive (for frying) - salt, white pepper - optionally herbs for chicken: 1 pinch - optionally tomato for decoration

Instructions

1. Chop the onion into slices and the broccoli into small florets.
2. Chop the chicken into cubes or thin stripes and spice it with salt, white pepper and optionally some herbs.
3. Boil broccoli in salted water for 5 - 7 minutes.
4. Fry onion until translucent.
5. Add chicken and fry it for 5 minutes.
6. Add water and cream and mix it.
7. Add broccoli and stew it for 5 minutes.
8. Cook the pasta.

Serve the sauce with pasta. Decorate with tomatoes.
