Almondine Crumb Fish by BR Hahn

Ingredients

1/2 cup sliced almonds Old Bay Seasoning Flour 2 Eggs salt 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme lemon juice 5 TBS butter

Instructions

Toast nuts in pan over medium heat, then grind in food processor.
Mix nuts with breadcrumbs and thyme
Pat fish dry and season with a little Old Bay.
Dredge Fish in flour to coat, then in beaten egg, then in
breadcrumb mixture.
Heat 1 TBS oil in Medium to med-high heat. Add butter to melt.
Add breaded fish, cook until brown, 3 minutes each side.
Spritz with lemon juice.
Serve with rice pilaf and veggie.
