Strawberry pretzel salad by
Ingredients
2 cups pretzels crushed
3/4 cup margarine or butter ( melted )
2 tablespoons sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 cups cool whip
1 large box strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
20 oz package frozen strawberries
Instructions
Combine pretzels. margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pat into bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400. Combine jello in water, add strawberries and stir well. Cool until soft set. Cream sugar and cream cheese. Fold in cool whip. Spread over baked pretzels. Pour jello mixture on top. Refrigerate until firm. Serves 12-15
