Grandma’s Chicken Casserole by
Ingredients
3 cups of cooked chicken( I used Perdue’s Short Cuts- oven roasted - 2 pkgs) cut up into smaller chunks
2 cans cream of chicken soup ( do not dilute )
2 cups shredded cheddar Cheese 8 oz ( 1 package )
3 cups Progresso Plain pinko crispy bread crumbs ( 1 box)
6 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350
2. Place cut up chicken evenly in bottom of 13 x 9 ( 3 qt.) glass baking dish. Spoon and spread soup evenly over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
3. In medium bowl, stir bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over cheese. Bake 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown and thoroughly heated.
