Ingredients
1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning
1 cup (240 ml) of light olive oil
4 Tbsp (60 ml) of red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1 Tbsp (15 ml) of Dijon mustard
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a dressing container with a lid.
Shake vigorously and let rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
