Lasagna by Mark by
Ingredients
8 strips of cooked and drained lasagna noodles
2 Tbsps of olive oil
1 to 1/2 pounds of hamburger
1 medium onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2-6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tsp. parsley
2 cups of water
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 pound mozzarella shredded cheese
1 pound ricotta
grated parmesean cheese
Instructions
Brown meet in oil with onion, garlic, and parsley. Add tomato paste, 2 cups of wter, salt and pepper. Simmer 90 minutes. (Mark actually lets it simmer for 4 or so hours.)
MIx eggs and ricotta.
In a 9x13 pan, line bottom with 4 strips of lasanga noddles; pour 1/2 of the sauce over noodles, 1/2 of the mozarolla cheese and ricotta; repeat layers. Top with parmesean cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
