Chicken: in mustard with pickles by
Ingredients
- chicken legs: 8 pieces
- mustard: 1-1.5 tbsp
- mayonnaise: 1-1.5 tbsp
- cucumbers (pickled or in brine): 4
- spices: salt, pepper, chilli, wild garlic, garlic, spices mix for chicken
Instructions
1. Mix mustard with mayonnaise and spices
2. Score the chicken, so the marinade penetrates it better. Alternatively: marinate the chicken for an hour.
3. Put tinfoil into an ovenproof dish. Put there the chicken and halves of cucumbers.
4. Bake in 200°C for an hour.
Serve with parboiled rice.
